No. Charlie’s Reserve Kuala Lumpur does not serve food. The lounge is dedicated to delivering a premium cigar and drinks experience, with its main focus on an exceptional selection of premium cigars, rare whiskies, fine spirits, wines, champagne, and signature cocktails.

Yes. Charlie’s Reserve Kuala Lumpur features a stylish bar counter with high stools that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, offering an intimate and premium setting for enjoying curated drinks and engaging conversations.

Where should I get dropped off when visiting Charlie's Reserve Kuala Lumpur?

For the most convenient access, ask your driver to drop you off at the UBN Tower main lobby on Jalan P. Ramlee. Alternatively, you may also be dropped off at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur main lobby. From either drop-off point, walk towards the Shangri-La side entrance and take the escalator one floor up. Charlie’s Reserve is located next to Arthur’s Bar & Grill at Lot 25, UBN Tower, 26 Jalan P. Ramlee.

Is there public transport available near Charlie’s Reserve?

Guests can reach the lounge via the KL Monorail, with Bukit Nanas Monorail Station located within walking distance. Alternatively, guests may also use nearby LRT stations, bus services, taxis, or ride-hailing services such as Grab for convenient access.

What is your Cutting Fee Policy?

Guests who bring their own cigars may be subject to a cigar cutting fee of RM50.00 per cigar, which includes the use of our cigar cutter and ashtray facilities and corkage bottle wine is RM 100.00. This policy helps us maintain the premium lounge experience for all guests.
